Martin Disability Management Service is taking the following precautions to protect our clients and help slow the spread of the coronavirus.

  • Where possible, appointments will be arranged through telehealth delivery

  • All clients are being asked to self-assess for symptoms prior to attending in-person sessions at the office and follow safety precautions.

  • Safe distancing will be maintained. Plexiglass barriers will be used where needed.

  • Masks are to be worn inside.

  • Restroom soap dispensers are maintained and everyone is encouraged to wash their hands.

  • Hand sanitizer that contains at least 70% alcohol is available in the meeting room.

  • Clients are asked to wait in their cars or outside until no earlier than 5 minutes before their appointment times.

  • Appointment times are scheduled at times to reduce contact with others.

  • Commonly touched items and areas are frequently cleaned and/or sanitized.

  • Meeting rooms are sanitized both before and after client meetings.

  • To reduce exposure, commonly touched items are removed.

  • Pencils are used once.

  • We ask that clients bring in their own water in water bottles where possible.

  • Physical contact is not permitted.
