Martin Disability Management Service is taking the following precautions to protect our clients and help slow the spread of the coronavirus.

Where possible, appointments will be arranged through telehealth delivery

All clients are being asked to self-assess for symptoms prior to attending in-person sessions at the office and follow safety precautions.

Safe distancing will be maintained. Plexiglass barriers will be used where needed.

Masks are to be worn inside.

Restroom soap dispensers are maintained and everyone is encouraged to wash their hands.

Hand sanitizer that contains at least 70% alcohol is available in the meeting room.

Clients are asked to wait in their cars or outside until no earlier than 5 minutes before their appointment times.

Appointment times are scheduled at times to reduce contact with others.

Commonly touched items and areas are frequently cleaned and/or sanitized.

Meeting rooms are sanitized both before and after client meetings.

To reduce exposure, commonly touched items are removed.
-
Pencils are used once.
-
We ask that clients bring in their own water in water bottles where possible.
-
Physical contact is not permitted.
